Taylor was born in Conroe Tx, and moved to the Austin Area in 2017 after working in the oil field and landscape/construction.

In 2015 he became licensed irrigator and began doing irrigation installs and repairs for residential and commercial use. He has added licensing in Backflow installs and testing, along with pesticide treatments. He has been successful Irrigation Manager for several nationwide companies before helping create Four 3 Construction in 2024.

Taylor has been married to his wife Nevada for five years and have three girls together–Brentley, Blakley and Brooke.

Josh Hammitt has over 10 years experience in commercial and residential construction.

He’s had the opportunity to travel the world which has helped him with his eye for design and understanding people’s needs. He is passionate about creating beautiful spaces to live and work.

When he’s not working, you can catch him at the ball fields and cheer competitions, spending time with his beautiful wife Sarah and their four children–Eden, Axel, Skye and Rocco.
