Our Projects

Adair Drive

This home burned down, and we designed and built it back from scratch. We tore down the remaining structure and remove all the brick surrounding the home. At the homeowner's request, we also merged two bedrooms to make a larger primary bedroom. We redesigned their outdoor patio and pergola, welded a new fence, and redesigned the bathroom to be handicap accessible.

Habana House

At 3,651 SQ FT, this is one of the largest humidors and cigar lounges in Texas. We started construction from the ground up. Because this is a cigar lounge, we had to be very particular about materials used. The entire interior was made with metal framing, and we used a special sealant for the flooring, cabinets, and walls due to the fire safety. We also added a metal awning to the outside of the building for outdoor recreation.

Pool Concrete & Pavilion

We were hired to go to Dallas and pour concrete for a large apartment complex facility pool deck. This was a large job that required a lot of heavy machinery. We had to first lay down all the framing and gravel before pouring. We then came back and added pool lighting and stained the concrete. After installing the concrete, we also built an adjacent poolside pavilion.

Landscaping in Lott, TX

This owner wanted a complete renovation done in their backyard and to create a hardscape oasis to match their pool and outdoor space. They live on a large ranch and needed to help keep mud from tracking into their home. We excavated the backyard and smoothed everything down. From there, we installed 39 zones of irrigation between the front and back yards, and added bubblers for all of their young trees. After that was completed, we laid down the hardscape and created two bridges from large rocks, which allowed drainage to flow underneath.

Church Sidewalk

At St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Hutto, TX, we created a 200-yard sidewalk from the back of the priest's home to the church lot, allowing the parish to easily walk back and forth since a lot of business took place in his home.
